Jake was born and raised in Cedar Falls and graduated from Cedar Falls High School. After graduation he started working construction for the family business. He decided in 2002 to get his Real Estate License and made it his full time career in January of 2003.
Clint is a University of Northern Iowa graduate and a proud resident of the Cedar Valley for the last 20 years. Clint is very active in the community and was named to the Courier’s Cedar Valley Business Monthly “20 under 40” class of 2014.
Lance and his wife Megan live in Waterloo and have three beautiful daughters. Lance and Megan are Iowa raised farm kids. Lance grew up row cropping corn and soybeans and farrowing to finishing hogs with is family on a farm Grundy Center while Megan’s’ roots can be found on a farm in Clutier.
Dallas has lived in the Cedar Valley his entire life. He grew up in La Porte City and graduated from Union High School in 2006. He currently lives a few miles outside of Waterloo in a small residential neighborhood.
Evan was born and raised in Clarksville and is a 2003 graduate of Clarksville High School. He attended Hawkeye Community and then Mt Mercy for a Bachelor’s Degree. Evan has always had an interest in farming, hunting, and real estate in general.
Tim was born and raised in Eagle Grove in North Central Iowa & grew up on a family farm, raising livestock and growing crops.Tim attended college at Iowa Central and the University of Northern Iowa. After working in the construction industry for 17 years, he switched gears to pursue another of his passions in real estate.
Matt was born and raised in rural Parkersburg. He graduated from Aplington-Parkersburg high school in 2002. He attended Hawkeye Community College where he graduated with a degree in Horticulture Science.
