Jake was born and raised in Cedar Falls and graduated from Cedar Falls High School. After graduation he started working construction for the family business. He decided in 2002 to get his Real Estate License and made it his full time career in January of 2003.
Clint is a University of Northern Iowa graduate and a proud resident of the Cedar Valley for the last 20 years. Clint is very active in the community and was named to the Courier’s Cedar Valley Business Monthly “20 under 40” class of 2014.
Dave is a lifetime resident of the Cedar Valley, growing up in a real estate family, he has always wanted to pursue a career in real estate. He is the son of recently retired agent, Kathy Graham.
Gail has lived in the Cedar Valley for the past 35 years. She served in education for 40 years, 33 in Waterloo Community Schools. She recently retired from the principalship Waterloo West High.
Dallas has lived in the Cedar Valley his entire life. He grew up in La Porte City and graduated from Union High School in 2006. He currently lives a few miles outside of Waterloo in a small residential neighborhood.
Sidney grew up in the small town of Gladbrook on her family’s acreage with horses. She graduated from Hawkeye Community College and currently lives in Waterloo, Iowa.
Cole grew up in small-town Northeast Iowa on a farm where they raise livestock and grow crops. He graduated from Oelwein High School in 2013 and attended Hawkeye Community College to major in Farm Business Management.
Tim was born and raised in Eagle Grove in North Central Iowa & grew up on a family farm, raising livestock and growing crops.Tim attended college at Iowa Central and the University of Northern Iowa. After working in the construction industry for 17 years, he switched gears to pursue another of his passions in real estate.
