Tim was born and raised in Eagle Grove in North Central Iowa & grew up on a family farm, raising livestock and growing crops.

Tim attended college at Iowa Central and the University of Northern Iowa. After working in the construction industry for 17 years, he switched gears to pursue another of his passions in real estate.

He and his wife Jill have been married for 4 years and have a 1-year-old daughter. They like going on walks as a family with their yellow lab Lucy. Tim & Jill love life in the Cedar Valley and Jill is employed by the University of Northern Iowa.

Tim enjoys spending time outdoors, especially golfing and hunting. He became hooked on golf after being one of the lucky few to score a hole in one in high school. His passion for hunting came later in life & he loves pheasant and deer hunting.
