LAND AUCTION
Grundy County 148 Acres m/l to be auctioned off on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 9 a.m. Live Auction will be held at Mark Arends Auction Shed located at 16557 130th St. Aplington, Iowa.

AUCTION METHOD
Sold as one Tract to the highest bidder.

LAND LOCATION
T47 South side of Stout, property is on the west side of the road. Section 15 Beaver Township Grundy County Iowa.

TRACT
Tract is owned by the Estate of Lourine Pruis, 148.51 acres m/l. The Farm is pattern tiled on 60’ centers, done in the fall of 2010. The farm is open for 2024 full possession 3/1/24, 100% tillable, 92.2 CSR2.

PROPERTY TAXES

The final sale is subject to seller approval or rejection by the seller. Immediately upon conclusion of the auction, the high bidder will enter into a real estate sales contract. The Seller will provide a current abstract at their expense. The sale is not contingent upon Buyer obtaining financing.

10% earnest money payment via good check is required on the day of the auction. All funds will be held in Huff Land Company’s trust account. The remaining balance will be due at closing.

All mineral rights owned by the seller will convey to the buyer.
